Asbestos Abatement
Asbestos Abatement
Asbestos is a natural mineral that is found in many of our building materials. It is used to strengthen materials and to provide fire/heat resistance in other materials. Asbestos can be described as natures rebar. Despite popular belief, asbestos is still in products that are sold at your local chain hardware stores and all building materials should be tested for asbestos prior to demolition. BluCAL ensures that all technicians that work in our Environmental Construction division receive asbestos training to prepare our teams for any building that we encounter. Many restoration contractors are forced to subcontract the abatement or removal portion of a project due to not holding the proper licenses and certifications and this can cause costly delays in fire or water damage restoration projects. BluCAL eliminates the need for subcontracting and associated delays by offering a one-stop solution to your restoration and environmental construction needs.
