The design plan for this property was to preserve the historic wood features, while providing modern updates to the kitchen, bathroom as well as the addition of a bedroom.

Before and after pictures of the 2-bedroom kitchen. The wall in the kitchen was removed to allow for a more open floor plan. In addition, BluCAL opened the area underneath the stairs to incorporate a wine fridge as well as additional storage.
